Home Communion to the Sick/Homebound: 

The role of a Eucharistic Minister to the Sick and Homebound is to bring communion to the homes of parishioners who are not capable of attending the Sunday Liturgy. Communion is provided to area Nursing Home residents. 

To serve as a Eucharistic Minister to the Sick and Homebound or to ask for one to visit you, please contact the Parish Office.
